We emphasize that all products bearing a manufacturer’s brand, including name and/or logo, must be lawfully produced by, sourced from, or modified with the consent of the OEM. Merchants partnering with Soundhous are entrusted with the responsibility to source and sell only authentic products.

3. Legal Consequences of Inauthentic Products:

The sale of inauthentic or counterfeit products not only violates our quality standards but may also lead to severe legal consequences. This includes civil and criminal penalties and legal action against merchants by the lawful owners of the brand and/or intellectual property. Soundhous is committed to cooperating with relevant authorities and appropriate parties to hold offending merchants accountable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate hosting the products of any merchant found dealing in inauthentic products immediately, indefinitely, and without warning.

The descriptions provided on each product information page aim to convey specifications believed to have been set out by the original manufacturers and/or advised by the source merchant. It is imperative for our customers to read through these details and ensure they match the specifications they require.
